About Gigafree's Multi-Stock Viewer

The Multi-Stock Viewer was designed as an internet-based time-saving spreadsheet for those who check on the performance of many stocks on a regular basis.

The historical data for any number of stocks can be displayed in vertical columns across one or more pages, with typically the last 90 days of stock history going down each stocks column. Your use might be to login and check your custom multi-stock spreadsheet before retiring each night.

To customize a viewing page you simply enter your stock symbols across the top of the spreadsheet, overwriting whatever stock symbols are already there, if any. Save your changes by clicking on the Apply button and the page will be instantly refreshed with current data.

When entering your stock symbols across the top, if you use up the rightmost entry box then just click the Apply button and another blank box will appear to the right.  In that way you can just keep going as far to the right as you like with your stock symbols. To delete a column you just leave the stock symbol blank and click the Apply button.

You can enter as many stock symbols across the top as you desire to be shown across a single page, there's no limit to the number of vertical columns you can make other than browser limitations and what you find to be comfortable viewing.  For example if you prefer to see 9 vertical stock data columns per page and you have 225 stocks you would setup 25 viewing pages.

If you do not know a stock symbol you can supply the company name and it will be converted to its stock symbol once you click on the Apply button.

If you have a Gigafree account (create one) and login with your Username and Password before setting up your stock View Page(s) then all of your settings will be retained and redisplayed whenever you login again. Only you will ever be able to see your stock selections and other settings.
